Tales of Northern Michigan’s Past: Episode 9 – Bay View Michigan – A Dive Into the History

Chris has the opportunity to sit down with Mary Jane Doerr author of the book Bay View: An American Idea to talk about the history and formation of Bay View, located in Petoskey, Michigan. Mary Ann has a vast knowledge of the area from when it was created to all of the connections that this location has with so many people. In this first episode, Chris and Mary Ann discuss the creation of the area. In the coming episodes, they will talk about the connections to certain people and, more specifically, Hemingway’s connections.
